Sub: Provisional discontinuation of direct recruitment to the posts of Senior Section Engineers (SSEs).
Queries have been received from some of the Railways whether provisional discontinuation of direct recruitment to the post of Senior Section Engineers (SSEs) as provided for in Board’s letter of even number dated 25.10.2018 (RBE No. 166/2018) will have any effect on cases of inter Railway own request transfer. In this regard, it is clarified that cases of inter Railway or inter Divisional own request transfers will not be covered by the above provisional discontinuation, subject to fulfillment of other prescribed eligibility conditions.

Dear Sir , I have put up my file for mutual Transfer to other railway ner to nfr . I am graduate mechanical engineer and come directly on the position of SSE c&w my category is obc but other person is diploma degree and is a promote SSE from JE but category is same caste is also same. Our division is refusing the case of transfer between us where nfr has sent their no objection to ner after verification. But ner is refusing the matter after all matching process. Please any one clear us .
I am working SSE COME BY DEPARTMENTAL I HAVE JOINED TECH III FROM RRB/SC CAN I PUT REQUEST TRANSFER TO OTHER ZONE
Please clarify, weather a direct SSE and promote SSE can get the mutual transfer, if all other aspects of mutual transfers fulfill.
