Kind of pass is not disclosed in the query hence no reply is possible. Please see Page 33 Para (E) of Master Circular No.64 on http://railwayrule.com/master-circulars which reads;
(E) Passes and PT0s to employees under suspension – Passes and PT0s may be granted to Railway servants under suspension in exceptional circumstances
and not as a matter of course when the Railway servant is permitted to leave the station by an authority not lower than that which suspended him. Passes and PT0s to Railway employees under suspension are given on the scales specified in para 19 of Schedule VII of Railway Servants (Pass) Rules, 1986.

Railway Board vide RBE No.40/2018 [Letter No.E(W)2018/PS5-2/11 dated 26.03.2018] have clarified that “Passes over quicker route are admissible without any distance restriction, that is irrespective of distance involved”.
