9 months passed no charge sheet given to me by athority and no charge proven.
Am i treated on duty and addmisible for full pay and allowances?

Suspension, not followed by major penalty charge sheet, is treated as duty. In case of contemplated/ pending disciplinary proceedings, suspension period is decided on completion of such proceedings.

No rigid time schedule is prescribed to complete SF-5 D&A proceedings. However, as per model time schedule for departmental cases it is 205 days, Railway Vigilance cases it is 365 days and for CVC/CBI cases it is 470 days.
