Sir,
I am Chief Loco Inspector(Level-7) promoted on 12/5/2016 from Loco Pilot(Goods)(Level-6). I accepted 7th CPC from January 2016 & opted for fixation of Pay after accrual of annual increment in July 2016.
As on 01/01/2016 my basic pay was Rs.49000/- It may please be noted that 30% of Basic Pay is reckoned as Pay Element i.e (49000*0.3=14700)which has to be added in basic pay for the purpose running to non running post. This amount comes to Rupees 63700/- which does not come to Pay matrix. It comes between stage 20&21 of Level -6 i.e. Rs 62200/-&Rs 64100/-
I wish to know while considering me for Running to Non Running and Fixing my Pay as Non running Post at stage 21 of Level- 6 i.e. at Rs 64100/-(An amount of Rupees 400/- enhanced ) whether is it comes under purview of Personal Pay & while Fixing of Pay of CLI from date of next increment one stage lower i.e. at stage 20 of Level -6 (Rs 62200/-) is considered or 2 increments (One Annual+One promotional are given).
Please advise me Sir, if it is considered one stage lower for Rupees 400/- as personal Pay for granting 2 Increments from DNI with relevant Rules.

सर मेरा प्रमोसन गार्ड पैसेंजर से गार्ड मेल मुख्यालय पर वेकेंसी, नहीं तो स्थानांतरण कर दिया गया,उस मुख्यालय ज्वॉइन किया और स्वतंत्र रूप से कार्य किया और स्थानान्तरण के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया।इसके 45दिन बाद दूसरी लिस्ट जारी होती है।जिसमे मेरे पूर्व मुख्यालय से एक और गार्ड का स्थानांतरण किया जाता है परन्तु वह ज्वॉइन नहीं करता तो क्या उसका प्रमोसन और पोस्टिंग उसी मुख्यालय पर किया जा सकता है,या मेरी रिक्वेस्ट को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी किसका पोस्टिंग पहले होगा।धन्यवाद

Contingent charges( Auto charges) given to supervisor on attending office on Booking days i.e. Sundays or Holidays as Supervisors are not given C/ off. Any circular in this regard.
