Sub: Consideration of grandson/ granddaughter for appointment.
Ref: Your (SECR/Bilaspur) letter No.P/HQ/RCT/208/648/881, dated 12.12.2018.

In the circumstances explained in your Railway’s letter quoted above, the matter has been looked into and it is stated that the Railway may strictly adhere to extant instructions of Railway Board while dealing with representations of land losers. As per these instructions grandson/ granddaughter of land loser are not covered for consideration of appointment.
