IREM Rule No.318: Seniority Of Accounts Clerks On Promotion To Junior Accounts Assistant In Accounts Department/लेखा विभाग में लेखा लिपिकों की कनिष्ठा लेखा सहायक के रूप में पदोन्नति होने पर वरिष्ठता
318. The seniority of Junior Accounts Assistant is to be determined with reference to the date of promotion of a promotee and with reference to date of appointment of a direct recruit; directly recruited Junior Accounts Assistants, passing Appendix 2 (IREM) Examination within extended period of probation losing seniority to other persons of his/her batch but not to promotees.
कनिष्ठ सहायक की वरिष्ठता, पदोन्नत व्यक्ति की पदोन्नति की तारीख के संदर्भ में और सीधी भर्ती वाले की नियुक्ति के संदर्भ में निश्चित की जाएगी, परिवीक्षा की बढ़ाई गई अवधि के भीतर परिशिष्ट 2 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले सीधी भर्ती किए गए कनिष्ठ लेखा सहायक वरिष्ठता में अपने बैच के अन्य व्यक्तियों से नीचे होंगे परन्तु पदोन्नति पाने वालों से ऊपर होंगें ।

Respected Sir, recently I was promoted Accounts Clerk to junior Accounts Assistant for 3 staff, actually the vaccines since long time the administration was not given back date for above promotions. Actually our staff eligible for since 2016 and also Appendix-2 exam qualified in 2013. Hence please clarify.

Promotions always take prospective effects unless orders clearly specify. Promotions under restructuring, OTP to sportspersons & notional promotions etc only takes retrospective effects.
