Sub: Staff Benefit Fund – Grants for scouting activities during the year 1986-87.
1. The Department of Railways have approved of the following amounts being sanctioned to your Railway Staff Benefit Fund specifically for promotion of scouting activities during the year, 1986-87.

| 12 | I.C.F. | 0.10 |
| 13 | Railway Board | 0.02 |
2. In order to ensure that adequate funds are available with the 3 major Production Units viz I.C.F., D.L.W. and C.L.W., separate allotments have been made. Hence no allotment of funds need be made to them by the concerned Railways. These Units shall, however, continue to form part as District Associations of the contiguous Railway State Associations, i.e., Southern, North-Eastern and Eastern Railways respectively, as hithertofore.
3. The allotments indicated above should be met from within the sanctioned budget for 1986-87 under the relevant grant.
4. This has the sanction of the President and issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Department of Railways.
