RBE No. 26/1985: Railway Service Commissions – Change in the Nomenclature

Sub: change in the nomenclature of the Railway Service Commissions.

It has been decided that the Railway Service Commission will henceforth be known as the Railway Recruitment Boards. It is clarified that this change in nomenclature will not lead to any change in the present setup and status of the Commissions and the Railway Recruitment Boards will continue to meet all liabilities and responsibilities of the Railway Service Commissions.
