Ref: Board’s letter of even number dated 10.07.2015 (RBE No. 77/2015).

1. Please refer to Board’s letter of even number dated 10.07.2015 (RBE No. 77/2015) issued in partial modification of certain clauses of Board’s letter of even number dated 30.06.1998 and Board’s letter No.96-E(SCT)I/71/5, 28.08.1997 (RBE No. 116/1997) to the extent mention therein due to some basic changes found in the provisional amended Bye-laws of CEC/ AIOBCREF (Registration No.S33475, dated 03.06.2015 (Provisional) circulated to all the Zonal Railways/ Pus etc. vide Board’s letter of even number dated 08.07.2015 (RBE No. 76/2015).
2. Since, the said provisional Amended Bye-laws of CEC/ AIOBCREF has been withdrawn vide Board’s letter dated 26.10.2015 (RBE No. 132/2015), Board’s letter of even number dated 10.07.2015 (RBE No. 77/2015) partially modifying the Board’s letter mentioned at para 1 above, also stands withdrawn, as if it has not been issued at all. Further, action taken, if any as per the above mentioned Board’s letter under reference stands null and void.
The above may please be brought to the notice of all concerned for information and necessary action.
