IREM Rule No.314: Seniority when date of appointment to a grade is the same/वरिष्ठता, जब ग्रेड में नियुक्ति की तारीख एक ही हो

314. Subject to what has been stated in paragraphs 302, 303, 304, 305 & 306, when the dates of appointment to the grade are the same, the dates of entry into the grade next below it shall determine seniority. If those dates also coincide, then the dates of entry into each of the lower grades in order down to the lowest grade in the channel of promotion shall determine seniority. If these dates are also identical, then the relative date of birth shall determine seniority, the older person being the senior.

पैरा 302, 303, 304, 305 और 306 में जो कुछ कहा गया है उसके अधीन रहते हुए जब ग्रेड में नियुक्ति की तारीखें एक ही हों, तो वरिष्ठता उस ग्रेड से नीचे के ग्रेड में प्रवेश की तारीख के संदर्भ में निश्चित की जाएगी । यदि वे तारीखें भी एक ही हों, तो पदोन्नति सारणि में एक के बाद नीचे की ओर न्यूनतम ग्रेड तक प्रत्येक ग्रेड में प्रवेश की तारीख वरिष्ठता निश्चित करेगी । यदि वे तारीखें भी समान हों, तो जन्म तिथि से वरिष्ठता निश्चित की जाएगी । आयु में बड़ा व्यक्ति वरिष्ठ होगा ।
