IREM Rule No.315: Departmental Examination-Trade Test/विभागीय परीक्षा-व्यवसायिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर वरिष्ठता

315. Subject to what is stated in paragraphs 316, 317 and 320 below, where the passing of a departmental examination or trade test has been prescribed as a condition precedent to the promotion to a particular non-selection post, the relative seniority of the railway servants passing the examination/test in their due turn and on the same date or different dates which are treated as one continuous examination, as the case may be, shall be determined with reference to their substantive or basic seniority.

नीचे दिए गए पैरा 316, 317 और 320 में जो कुछ कहा गया है उसके अधीन रहते हुए जहां किसी विशिष्ट और अचयन पद पर पदोन्नति से पहले विभागीय या व्यावसायिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करना शर्त के रूप में विहित किया गया हो, वहां अपनी देय पारी में और एक ही तारीख को या विभिन्न तारीखों को जिन्हें एक लगातार परीक्षा माना जाए, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले रेल कर्मचारियों की वरिष्ठता उनकी अधिष्ठाई या मूल वरिष्ठता के संदर्भ में निश्चित की जाएगी ।
