IREM Rule No.303: Seniority Of Candidates Recruited Through The Railway Recruitment Board/रेल भर्ती बोर्ड के माध्यम से भर्ती किए गए उम्मीदवारों की वरिष्ठता
303. The seniority of candidates recruited through the Railway Recruitment Board or by any other recruiting authority should be determined as under/
रेल भर्ती बोर्ड या किसी अन्य भर्ती प्राधिकरण के माध्यम से भर्ती किए गए उम्मीदवारों की वरिष्ठता निम्न रुप में निश्चित की जानी चाहिए:
(a) Candidates who are sent for initial training to Training Schools will rank in Seniority in the relevant Grade in the order of merit obtained in the examination held at the end of the training period before being posted against working post. Those who join the subsequent courses and those who pass the examination in subsequent chances will rank junior to those who had passed the examination. In case, however, persons belonging to the same RRB panel are sent for initial training in batches due to administrative reasons and not because of reasons attributable to the candidates, the inter-se seniority will be regulated batch wise provided persons higher up in the panel of RRB not sent for training in the appropriate batch (as per seniority) due to administrative reasons shall be clubbed along with the candidates who took the training in the appropriate batch for the purpose of regulating the inter-se seniority provided such persons pass the examination at the end of the training in the first attempt.
(क) प्रशिक्षण स्कूलों में प्रारंभिक प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे जाने वाले उम्मीदवारों की संगत ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता उस क्रम में निर्धारित की जाएगी जिस क्रम में वे कार्यकारी पद पर तैनात किए जाने से पहले प्रशिक्षण अवधि (अवधियों) की समाप्ति पर आयोजित की जाने वाली परीक्षा (परीक्षाओं) में ओवर-ऑल मेरिट प्राप्त करेंगे, बाद के पाठ्यक्रमों में भाग लेने वाले और अनुवर्ती अवसरों में परीक्षा पास करने वाले उम्मीदवार रैंक में उन उम्मीदवारों से कनिष्ठ होंगे। जिन्होंने परीक्षा पास कर ली थी, लेकिन यदि रेल भर्ती बोर्ड के एक ही पैनल वाले व्यक्तियों को प्रशासनिक कारणों की वजह से, न कि उम्मीदवारों की सुविधानुसार बैचों में प्रारंभिक प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजा जाता है तो उनकी पारस्परिक वरिष्ठता बैच-वार विनियमित की जाएगी बशर्ते कि रेल भर्ती बोर्ड के पैनल में उच्च रैंक वाले व्यक्तियों को जिन्हें प्रशासनिक कारणों की वजह से उपर्युक्त बैच में (वरिष्ठता के अनुसार) प्रशिक्षण के लिए न भेजा गया हो, उन उम्मीदवारों के साथ शामिल कर लिया जाए जिन्होंने पारस्परिक वरिष्ठता विनियमित किए जाने के प्रयोजन के लिए उपयुक्त बैच में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया हो बशर्ते कि ऐसे व्यक्ति पहले ही प्रयास में प्रशिक्षण की समाप्ति पर परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर लें।

(b) In the case of candidate who do not have to undergo any training in training school, the seniority should be determined on the basis of the merit order assigned by the Railway Recruitment Board or other recruiting authority.
जिन उम्मीदवारों को प्रशिक्षण विद्यालय में कोई प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त नहीं करना होता उनकी वरिष्ठता रेल भर्ती बोर्ड या अन्य भर्ती प्राधिकरण द्वारा नियत किए गए गुणावगुण क्रम के आधार पर निश्चित की जाएगी ।
ग्रुप D के कर्मचारियों की सीनियरटी का आधार कया है इनकी सीनियरटी किस अधिकारी के अधीन बनाई जाती है l
Seniority of ALPs can be prepared as only Obtained Marks or Percentage of obtained marks? , whereas the total marks given by training centers are different for same panel in initial training.
Example :-
Total maximum marks in Elect = 300
Dsl=100 and TPT= 100 = 500
but
for next batch in Elect = 200
Dsl=100
TPT= 100 total = 400.
and how can fixed seniority in single Traction of same panel like dual traction ?

Dear Sir Hum 4 ladko ne Technician Grade 3 Ki Post par 18-03-2020 ko Joining ki thi or 4 ladko ne 19-03-2020 ko joining ki thi or fir hm 8 logo ka training ke baad exam ek hi date ko hua tha lekin seniority list mein hm 4 ladko ko 19-03-2020 ki joining walo se piche kar diya hai jabki unme se 2 ldko ke training me marks hm 4 logo se kam the. please sir sahi seniority batane ki kripa karein.
