RBE No. 72/1985: Passes – Card Passes – To GRP Staff

Sub: Issue of Duty Card Passes to the officers and staff of the GRP.

1. Please refer to your letter No.G.470/0/16/P, dated 02.02.1985 on the above subject.
2. The Ministry of Railways, after considering the matter, have decided that in respect of Duty Card Passes being issued to GRP personnel, only one pass need to be issued covering the entire jurisdiction of the personnel concerned even if the same extends to the continuous Railway. The pass will be issued by the Railway covering the headquarters of the GRP personnel concerned.
