Chapter XIV, Section-B, Procedure Governing forwarding of application for posts outside Railways.
Substitute the following for the existing Para 1406(1):
“1406. The application of Railway employee for the post under the State Government and their undertakings, etc., may be forwarded subject to the provisions of para 1404 and instructions issued from time to time and within the limit laid down for forwarding applications for outside posts.”
