RBE No.40/2006: Forwarding of application for outside posts – SC No.02 to Master Circular No.30

Sub: Forwarding of application for outside posts – Amendment to Master Circular No.30.

1. Reference Master Circular No.30 circulated under Ministry of Railway’s letter No.E(NG)I-90/AP/3, dated 15.07.1991 on the above subject as amended vide SC No.1 issued under this Ministry’s letter No.E(NG)I-90/AP/2(i), dated 16.08.1999 (RBE No. 203/1999).
2. Following modifications may be made in the Master Circular No.30.

(i) In the existing para 9.1 add the words “and it’s undertakings/ autonomous bodies, etc.” after the word “Governments” appearing in the third line.
(ii) Delete the existing sub-para (ii) of para 9.1.
(iii) Delete the existing sub-para (vii) of para 9.1.
(iv) Renumber the existing sub-para (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) as (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) respectively,
(v) Delete the existing para 9.2 inserted by this Ministry’s letter No.E(NG)I-96/AP/2(1), dated 16.08.1999.
