Sub: Amended Certificate of Registration No.S-33475, dated 03.06.2015 (Provisional) and Amended Constitution of All India Other Backward Classes Railway Employees Federation registered (Provisional).
Ref: Board’s letter No.1998-E(SCT)I/71/2, dated 08.07.2015 (RBE No. 76/2015).
1. Please refer to Board’s letter of even No. dated 08.07.2015 (RBE No. 76/2015) vide which provisional Amended Certificate of Registration No.S-33475, dated 03.06.2015 along with the Amended Constitution of All India Other Backward Classes Railway Employees Federation registered (Provisional) on 03.06.2015 was circulated.
2. Now, the matter has been reviewed in terms of the clarification issued vide Registrar of Firms and Societies, NCT of Delhi’s Order No.ROS/Society/AIOBCREF/2015/1716/18, dated 24.09.2015. Accordingly, it has been decided by the Board that the said provisionally amended Bye-laws of CEC/ AIOBCREF circulated vide Board’s letter under reference may be withdrawn. As such the same circulated vide Board’s letter of even number dated 08.07.2015 RBE No. 76/2015) is withdrawn, as if it has not been issued at all. Further, action taken, if any as per the above mentioned Provisional Bye-laws of CEC/ AIOBCREF stands null and void.
