Reference Railway Ministry’s letter No.E(G) 83 FE1-4, dated 29.04.1988 (RBE No.82/1988) on the above noted subject.
A question has been raised whether the instructions contained in the above mentioned letter or also applicable in the case of officers who are life members. The Railway Ministry have considered the matter and it is clarified that the intention is to reimburse 90% of the annual membership fees only.

This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.

This disposes of letter No.E(G)1135/O, dated 12.10.1990 and No.E/O/85 Pt.II, dated 28/29.11.1990.
