  1. Transfer Traveling Allowance When Appointed To New Post While In Transit:-

A railway servant appointed to a new post while in transit from one post to another, is entitled to draw traveling allowance for so much of the journey on transfer as he has accomplished when he receives the first order, and for the journey from the place at which he receives such orders to his new station.
