Ref:  Board’s letter of even number dated 04.09.1986 (RBE No.159/1986).

The final decision contemplated in Board’s letter of 04.09.1986 (RBE No.159/1986) on the subject quoted above, is not yet complete. Pending final decision, the Board have decided that the instructions contained in their said letter of 04.09.1986 (RBE No.159/1986) will continue to be in force upto 31.12.1987 or till further instructions are issued, whichever is earlier.
