Sub: Out-of-turn Promotion of sportspersons on sports account during Probation period.
Ref: Railway Board’s letter of even number dated 25.03.2015 (RBE No. 27/2015).

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have decided that the instructions contained in Board’s letter of even number dated 25.03.2015 (RBE No. 27/2015) regarding grant of out-of-turn promotion to sportsperson on sports account during probation period; may be treated as cancelled.
