Sub: Steps for expediting the disposal of disciplinary cases.

In amplification of item (i) of Board’s letter No.E(D&A)83 RG6-14, dated 29.03.1985, it is clarified that Photostat/ typed copies of the listed/ relied upon documents should be supplied along with the Charge Memorandum only where it is found possible and not in all cases.
