Sub: Promotion by selection – Inclusion of name in the panel – Employees retiring before notification of the panel.

1. Reference Board’s letter of even number dated 15.02.1991/05.09.1991 on the above subject and your replies thereto.
2. The matter has been considered by the Board and it has been decided that the names of selected employees who retire before notification of the panel, should be included in the panel.
