Sub: Revised pro forma for forwarding disciplinary cases to the Union Public Service Commission.

The existing pro forma for forwarding disciplinary cases to the UPSC for advice had been circulated on the Railways under Railway Board’s letter No.E(D&A)85 RG6-49, dated 14.05.1987. The said pro forma has since been modified by the Commission. A copy of the revised pro forma is enclosed. Please ensure that in future, the information is furnished to this office as per the revised pro forma circulated herewith, in all disciplinary cases which are required to be referred to the UPSC for advice.
