In continuation of Board’s letter No.E(MPP)2001/13, dated 28.05.2001 (RBE No. 102/2001) and No.E(MPP)2001/13, dated 04.06.2004, 02.07.2004 and of even number dated 24.05.1996, the structure of database is modified as under:-

The following precautions need to be taken:
(a) There should be no deviation from the structure specified above including field widths and field name.
(b) All standard designations for the existing categories have been written in CAPITAL LETTERS. Please ensure that there is no deviation and only capital letters are used.
(c) No Abbreviation should be used.
(d) No space to be kept before a word and following parenthesis/ brackets.
(e) The Code 4520 regarding Substitutes stands deleted from the list of codes.
