Sub: Revised rate – Recovery of replacement cost of Gold Metal Passes in case of loss.

In supersession of Board’s letter No.2017/G/127/4, dated 01.08.2018 issued earlier revising the rate of recovery of replacement cost of the Gold Metal Pass, it has been decided that the rate of recovery in case of loss of Gold Metal Pass stands revised to Rs.17449 with immediate effect.
It is, therefore, advised that recovery of replacement cost of one Gold Metal Pass from the Officers who report loss of their metal passes may please be made at the above rate and the amount so recovered be credited credited to Railway Board under Head:64-B/Misc/Railway Receipts.
