IREM Rule No.324: Staff Directly Recruited In The Diesel Locomotive Works/डीजल रेल इंजन कारखाना में सीधे भर्ती किए कर्मचारी

324. Trainees and Apprentices who were undergoing their training/apprenticeship on the date of formation of the Diesel Locomotive Works shall be deemed to have been taken as such and shall be assigned seniority on completion of their training and absorption in a working post based on the merit list drawn at the time of completion of the training/apprentice ship.
Persons other than Trainees and Apprentices who have been directly recruited in the Diesel Locomotive Works from a panel of an earlier date shall be senior to those recruited from a panel of a later date, and in the case, of recruitment from the same panel, seniority shall be determined on the basis of the position of the persons in the panel arranged in order of merit. In the case of Trainees and apprentices, seniority shall be determined on the basis of the merit list drawn up at the time of completion of the training.

डीजल रेल इंजन कारखाना की स्थापना की तारीख को जो प्रशिक्षणार्थी और शिक्षु अपना प्रशिक्षण/शिक्षुता ले रहे थे उन्हें उसी रूप में लिया गया माना जाएगा और उनका प्रशिक्षण पूरा होने पर तथा प्रशिक्षण/शिक्षुता के पूरा होने पर बनाई गई योग्यता सूची के आधार पर कार्यपद में आमेलन पर उनकी वरिष्ठता तय की जाएगी ।
किसी पूर्व तारीख की पैनल से डीजल रेल इंजन कारखाने में सीधी भर्ती किए गए प्रशिक्षणार्थियों और शिक्षुओं से भिन्न व्यक्ति किसी बाद की तारीख के पैनल से भर्ती की गए व्यक्तियों से वरिष्ठ होंगे, और एक ही पैनल से भर्ती के मामले में वरिष्ठता का अवधारण योग्यता क्रम से व्यवस्थित पैनल में व्यक्तियों की स्थिति के आधार पर किया जाएगा । प्रशिक्षणार्थियों और शिक्षुओं के मामले में, वरिष्ठता का अवधारण प्रशिक्षण के समापन के समय बनाई गई योग्यता सूची के आधार पर किया जाएगा ।
