IREM Rule No.304: Seniority Among Candidates Of Equal Merit/समान योग्यता क्रम के उम्मीदवारों की वरीयता
304. When two or more candidates are declared to be of equal merit at one and the same examination / selection, their relative seniority is determined by the date of birth the older candidate being the senior.
जब एक ही परीक्षा / चयन में दो या दो से अधिक उम्मीदवार समान योग्यता क्रम पर घोषित किए जाएं, तब उनकी आपसी वरिष्ठता जन्म तिथि द्वारा निश्चित की जानी चाहिए । अधिक आयु वाला उम्मीदवार वरिष्ठ होगा ।
सर हमारे यहाँ कुछ अलग अलग ट्रेड के लोग एक साथ जॉइन किये,जिनमें कुछ इलेक्ट्रिकल ,कुछ फिटर,कुछ वेल्डर हैं,तब अब ये लोग सीनियोरिटी कॉमन या merge करके बना रहे हैं,अब कौन से ट्रेड का कैंडिडेट 1st सीनियोरिटी में होगा ये कैसे decide होगा?
If employees belonging to different trades are empanelled in the same selection, the following principles are applicable:
1. In case of a Promotional Quota selection, where the panel is arranged in the order of seniority, inter-se-seniority will apply, and “the empanelled employees will be arranged in the panel in accordance with their order of inter-se-seniority.”
2. In case of LDCE / General Selection, where the panel is arranged in the order of merit, the empanelled employees will be arranged in the order of merit based on their aggregate marks secured in the selection.
