118. Refresher and promotion courses:-
(a) Periodical refresher courses at stated intervals and promotion courses as necessary may be prescribed by the General Manager according to the need of each case, taking into account the guidelines and orders, issued from time to time by the Board.
(b) Procedure for Trade Tests:- An employee failing in a trade test should be allowed to reappear for further trade tests after an interval of six months with the provision that no relaxation in the standard of trade test is to be allowed.
