230. Transfer On Mutual Exchange:-
In case of mutual exchange, the senior or the two employees will be given the place of seniority vacated by the other person. The junior will be allowed to retain his former seniority and shall be fitted into the seniority below the persons having the same seniority.
What is seniority between different community that is Sc to obc but post same (Alp).RRB condidate.

Seniority Rules are contained in Chapter-III of Indian Railway Establishment Manual. On 1st appointment, if no initial training is involved, seniority is decided based on RRB merit but, where initial training is involved & examination is held at the end thereof, seniority is decided as per merit of the examination. Seniority has no linkage with the category i.e. SC/ST/OBC/UR of the employees.

Seniority will get affected only if mutual transfer is between persons from two different seniority units.

यदि दो कर्मचारी GDCE परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के पश्चात प्रशिक्षण में 25th और 26th rank प्राप्त करते है, और एक ही ज़ोन के अलग अलग डिविजन मे कार्य भार ग्रहण करने के उपरांत mutual transfer ले तो दोनों की वरीयता क्या होगी जबकि डिविजन द्वारा 25th rank वाले को 22 September 2017 पोस्टिंग ऑर्डर निकला, और 26th rank वाले को 19 September 2017 को उसके डिविजन से पोस्टिंग ऑर्डर निकला। mutual transfer पश्चात 25th rank वाला व्यक्ति इस डिविजन में आने पे अपने समान batch वालों से किस क्रम मे वरीयता रखेगा

Initial grade of ASM has DR, LDCE & General Selection quota percentage. Mutual in such grades should not be allowed as this will create imbalance in prescribed percentage at both the places. Hence, mutual between DR & Departmental candidate should not be allowed. Secondly, Departmental candidate should fulfill & meet qualification of DR.

What happen if I am taking mutual transfer with other division person on different grade pay as he is CTI on garde pay 4600 and I am DYCTI on grade pay 4200 so after mutual transfer I have to start from 1900 garde pay or same as I am doing here???

Does seniority loss occur on interdivisional mutual transfer but within HQ seniority?
If two SSE having HQ seniority do inter-divisional mutual transfer, does it affect their seniority?

or else when allot me lobby for working like 23-05-2018.
and after mutual transfer which of in those date decide my seniority.

My question is if junior candidate appointment date is 23-05-2017, so what is the her seniority.
1) bellow on appointment date 23-05-2017
2) bellow on panel-2017 all batches of training,
