    suspension given to me and revokes within 2 days, but Disciplinary proceeding against me is contemplated/pending.
    9 months passed no charge sheet given to me by athority and no charge proven.

    Am i treated on duty and addmisible for full pay and allowances?

      No rigid time schedule is prescribed to complete SF-5 D&A proceedings. However, as per model time schedule for departmental cases it is 205 days, Railway Vigilance cases it is 365 days and for CVC/CBI cases it is 470 days.

    can a charged employee submit his petition directly to court without submit any representation to Reviewing Authority followed by Appelete Authority

    This site is very useful for Railway Employee. Kindly arrange to publish all rules (each separately) like D&AR, Pension Rules, Conduct Rule etc. in one sequence from rule 1 to last rule in running page so that all rules can be seen or read altogether.
