Pass Rule No.5: Duty Pass
5. Duty Pass:-
(1) A railway servant may be issued a duty pass for performing journey on duty; and
(2) The category of railway servants, the circumstances and the conditions subject to which a duty pass may be issued under sub rule (1) shall be specified in Schedule-I.
Can I travel in rajdhani express train with 1st class duty pass without reservation ?

As per rule ‘NO’ because Rajdhani express train is fully reserved train having no General Coach.

2. Is any running staff (Loco pilot & guard are allow to travel in loco or SLR without having duty pass.

I am working as Tech I, can I sign in special duty pass for staff.
No. Technician-I is not empowered to sign the passes or PTOs as they are not vested with supervisory powers. Only Supervisor-in-charges are eligible to sign the passes. In his absence any other next senior supervisor is competent to sign the passes.
Can Duty pass will be issued, while the staff is under absent?
