Sub: Railway Services (Conduct) Rules, 1966 – Intimation retating to transaction of movable and immovable property by Railway officers, on deputation – reg.

1. The issue regarding dealing with intimations of transactions relating to acquisition/ disposal of movable and immovable property by the officers, on deputation, to various organisations has been under consideration in Board’s office.

2. It has been decided that the parent railway, where the officer holds lien should deal with the matter referred to in para 1 above.

3. The above decision may, accordingly, be noted for necessary action.

4. Receipt of this letter may be acknowledged.
