RBE No.78/2018: Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APARs)

Sub: Providing opportunity for submitting representation, to the employees who have been awarded below “Very Good” grading in their last three years’ APAR s (for the purpose of MACPs).

In connection with Board’s letter of even number dated 27.02.2018 (RBE No.29/2018), one of the Federations i.e. NFIR has demanded for giving 90 days time to represent instead of 30 days as allowed in Board’s letter ibid. It is advised that concerned employees may be allowed to represent against grading as “Good” or below up to 90 days more from issue of this letter. Further 2013-2014 may also be taken into account in this bracket for consideration of preceding five years APARs. This disposes of Western Railways letter No.E(P)246/0 Vol.VI, dated 02.05.2018.
