Sub: Recommendation No.67 of the Railway Accidents Enquiry Committee, 1978 (Sikri Committee) – Implementation of.
Ref: Railway Ministry’s letter of even number dated 29.04.1988 (RBE No.82/1988), on the above subject.

The Railway Ministry on further consideration of matter have decided that following Institutions may be added at the end of Annexure ‘A’ and ‘B’, circulated with the letter referred to above.

Indian Institute of Material Management – Annexure ‘A’
Institute of Purchase and Supply, UK – Annexure ‘B’

This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
