Sub: Relieving of staff on transfer on mutual exchange basis.
The issue regarding simplification of rules for expedite expediting request / mutual transfer cases is under consideration of this office and requisite guidelines would be issued in due course. At present, it has been decided that all cases of mutual transfer which have been accepted by both the Zones / Units should be implemented within the next 15 days. Accordingly, all employees involved in such transfer should be spared latest by 30th September, 2017.
A confirmation to this effect should be sent to this office latest by 5th October, 2017.

It seems from your query that, transfer orders on Mutual Bases are yet not issued by the competent authority and meanwhile you have been promoted to the Higher Grade. In the circumstances, you can request both the Railway Administrations, explaining changed circumstances that, now you are not willing for mutual transfer. Hon’ble CAT/JBP in a similar case quashed the forceful mutual transfer orders issued by WCR Railway Administration.

Mutual can be permitted provided your partner is promoted to OS against DR quota, else there will be imbalance in 20% DR quota in both the cadres.

Dear sir ,
I would like to do a mutual transfer with a TRD Technician grade- II employee of Nagpur division of central railway , Category-OBC and he has been appointed on the basis on Compensation Ground ,
And I’m a TRD Technician grade-III employee of Secunderabad division of SC railway, and I’m belonging from SC category and I’m appointed from RRC , so plz tell me in this situation mutual transfer with above employee can is it possible ????

सब बकवास है,मेरा पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण आदेश निर्गत हुए 6मास हो गए अभी तक रिलीव नही किया इसलिए म्यूच्यूअल ट्रांसफर के चक्कर मे न पडे क्योंकि भारत कोई भी लेटर निकले
कोई फर्क नही पडता।

Sir kya mutual transfer ke case main Saturday release lekar kya Monday report kiya ja sakta hain? Sunday hone ke liye service break to nehi hoga?
