IREM Rule No.310: Seniority On Mutual Exchange/परस्पर विनिमय पर वरिष्ठता
310. Railway servants transferred on mutual exchange from one cadre of a division, office or railway to the corresponding cadre in another division, office or railway shall retain their seniority on the basis of the date of promotion to the grade or take the seniority of the railway servants with whom they have exchanged, whichever of the two may be lower.
जिन रेल कर्मचारियों की परस्पर विनिमय आधार पर किसी मंडल, कार्यालय या रेलवे के एक संवर्ग से दूसरे मंडल, कार्यालय या रेलवे के तदनुरूप संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण हो, उन कर्मचारियों की वरिष्ठता ग्रेड में पदोन्नति की तारीख के आधार पर बनी रहेगी या वे उन रेल कर्मचारियों की वरिष्ठता का स्थान ले लेंगे, जिनके साथ उनका स्थानांतरण हुआ है, दोनों में से जो भी नीचे हो ।
Revised para 310 will now read as under:-
“(a) Railway servants transferred on mutual exchange basis from one cadre of a Division/ Office/ Railway/ PU/ Unit to the corresponding cadre in another Division/ Office/ Railway/ PU/ Unit shall retain their seniority on the basis of the date of promotion to the grade or take the seniority of the Railway Servant with whom they have exchanged, whichever of the two may be lower.
(b) In case of employees working in Level-1 (Grade Pay Rs.1800), such transfer on mutual exchange basis may be allowed between an employee belonging to any Department/ Cadre of a Division/ Office/ Railway/ PU/ Unit and another employee belonging to any Department/ Cadre of another Division/ Office/ Railway/ PU/ Unit without insisting upon applicability of the term of ‘corresponding cadre’. The employee should have the same Medical Standard as per the requirement of the post to which transfer is being sought. The staff so transferred should invariably be imparted requisite training in the new unit wherever considered essential before putting him/ her on a working post. This training period will be counted as duty.

Sir main technician se JE bana hu . Mera mutual transfer direct Rrb se selected JE se ho sakta hai kya ? dono ka category same hai. Kya promoted JE ko mutual transfer ke liye diploma education qualification jaruri hai.
Sir mai sr.alp level 4 me hu aur loco pilot shunter se mutual hoga level 4 me hai to seniority kaya hoga
मै लेवल 6 मे हु और लेबल 5 से पारस्परिक स्धा . चाहता हु
तो वरीयता निर्धारण कैसे होगा

Me ALP ki post per hu. mene ST candidate Se mutual liya h. aur m OBC candidate hu. Aur dono ka grade pay1900 h. Mera partner jounier h. Sir meri seniority kya rahegi bataye sath m latter ki copy bhejne ka kast Kare.

Seniority date kise manege jb mene initially as a goods guard 15-01-2018 ko join Kiya ya jb mujhe first lobby allot hui 23-05-2018 ko. Aur mutual transfer ke baad mujhe other division me seniority uper me se kis date se denge.
Meri aur mere mutual partner ki date of railway joining date15-01-2018 same h but 1st lobby allotment date uski 11-04-2018 aur Meri 23-05-2018 h.
Mujhe 23-05-2018 se seniority de rhe h jisse Mujhe bhut loss ho rha h.

सर् जी मेरा दिल्ली डिवीज़न में emu car sade में म्यूच्यूअल ट्रांसफर हुआ है मैने जिनके साथ ट्रांसफर लिया है बो अभी छोड़े नही है और यहाँ परमोशन की लीस्ट निकल रही है तो अब उनका ही नाम है लिस्ट में मेरा नाम नही है सर् जी ऐसा कोई रूल है क्या जो उसे लिस्ट से निकाला जाए और मेरा नाम लिस्ट में आ जाये
