1694. Traveling Allowance To Non-railway Witness Before Railway Rates Tribunal (RRT):-

When a person who is not a servant of the Union is required to give evidence before the Railway Rates Tribunal, he may be granted a free first class pass for the Railway journey and daily allowance at the rates fixed by Railway Board for the number of days for which he is detained by the Committee at the place of examination.
