IREC Rule No.1628: Journey Within Sphere Of Duty

1628. Journey Within Sphere Of Duty:-

If an authority not lower than a General Manager declares that the pay of a particular railway servant (or class of railway servants) has been so fixed as to compensate for the cost of all journeys within his sphere of duty, such a railway servant shall draw no traveling allowance for such journeys, though he may be granted a free pass for a journey by rail or Railway steamer or mileage allowance for journey by non-Railway steamer. When traveling on duty, with proper sanction, beyond his sphere of duty, he may draw traveling allowance under the ordinary rules for the entire journey including such part of it as is within his sphere of duty

    On duty card pass found using as residential card pass, what action administration took?
    Traveling on on duty card pass in mail express using as free residential card pass in AC class allow to travel or not?
    Local trains are available if any railway serve t found traveling in mail express what action administration take against such staff.
