Clarification/ Corrigendum No.127

Sub: System Improvement in nomination of Coach/ Player/ Assistant Sports Officer/ Sports Officer/ OSD (Sports) from other Railway as member of Trial Committee in Selection Process.

1. Vigilance Dte., Railway Board in one of the cases has observed that ZRs/ PUs are not following the due procedures in nomination of Sports Officer from other Railways as member of Trial Committee in the selection process.

2.     ZRs/ PUs are advised to strictly follow the due procedures in nomination of Coach/ Player/ Assistant Sports Officer/ Sports officer/ OSD (Sports) from any other Railways as a member of Trial Committee. It is reiterated that prior approval of RSPB is mandatory, whenever any Coach/ Player/ ASO/ Sports Officer/ OSD (Sports) from any other Railway is nominated as a member of Trial Committee.
