Sub: Recommendation of 7^th Central Pay Commission – Decision relating to grant of Special Train Controllers’ Allowance to Section Controllers and Deputy Chief Controllers.

1. Consequent upon the acceptance of recommendations of 7^th Central Pay Commission on Allowances, the President is pleased to decide grant of Special Train Controllers’ Allowance to Section Controllers and Deputy Chief Controllers @ Rs.5000 per month. 

2. These orders shall take effect from 1^st July, 2017. 

3. The allowance will increase by 25 percent each time DA rises by 50 percent.
