Sub: Expeditious completion of pending departmental Selections, LDCE, GDCE etc. through CBT/Tablet based mode.

Ref: Board’s letter of even number dated 26.05.2025 and Letter No.2025/E(RRB)/25/14, dated 21.08.2025 & 02.09.2025.

Instructions were issued for fixing up of nodal RRBs for all Zonal Railways/ PUs & for the purpose of conducting departmental CBTs. Instructions were also issued detailing the schedule of procedures to be followed for this purpose & to gear up administrative machinery for expeditious completion of pending departmental Selections/ LDCE/ GDCE etc. It is expected that all Railways/ PUs might have prepared a comprehensive action plan in this regard and action might have been initiated for the early completion of pending departmental Selections/ LDCE/ GDCE etc.

It is reiterated that departmental examinations through CBT/Tablet mode are to be completed as per the action plan of the Railways/ PUs at the earliest. In this regard Railways/ PUs are requested to ensure that no delay occurs in completion of departmental exams through CBT/ Tablet mode on account of lack of coordination between different functioning units & logistics etc. This may kindly be treated as most urgent.
