Sub: Recruitment in Group ‘D’ in Mechanical Workshops.

1.     In Board’s letter of even number dated 24.06.1999 it had been advised that induction in Group ‘D’ category in Workshops controlled by Mechanical Directorate should be put on hold.

2.     The matter has been reviewed afresh by the Board and it has been decided that the instructions of 24.06.1999 will apply only to all repair workshops controlled by Mechanical Directorate and to ICF, CLW & DLW.
