Sub: Selection for promotion to the posts classified as ‘Selection’ – Determination of eligibility for calling the candidates in viva-voce test.  

In this Ministry’s letter of even number dated 26.11.2007 (RBE No. 154/2007) inadvertently a mention was made that WP No.2607/2001 before High Court of Mumbai has also been dismissed which, however, is not correct. The reference to same may, therefore, be treated as deleted.
