Attention is invited to Board’s letter of even number dated 02.06.1997 (RBE No. 75/1997), referred to above, on the above subject, Para 2 of the aforementioned letter may be read as under:-
The word ‘declaration’ may be added after the word ‘pass’ appearing in the 7th line of para 2.
