RBE No.200/2009: Transfer on Mutual Exchange

Sub: Inter-Railway and Intra-Railway Transfer on Mutual Exchange.

As per Board’s letter of even number dated 21.04.2006 (RBE No.53/2006) request for back-tracking from the orders issued for transfer on mutual exchange basis, should not be entertained under any circumstances and strict adherence of the orders issued, is required to be ensured. Instances have come to notice that request for back-tracking have been considered by Railways. This have been viewed seriously by the Railway Board. Railways are requested to ensure strict compliance of the extent instructions.
