Sub: Admissibility of House Rent Allowance in the event of non acceptance for surrender of railway residential accommodation.

1. In continuation of this Ministry’s letter of even number dated 17.08.1984, the president is pleased to extend the Orders contained in this Ministry’s letter No.PC-67/JCM-2, dated 10.07.1967, for a further period from 01.04.1985 to 31.03.1987, if not modified earlier.
2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
