Sub: Modified ACP Scheme (MACPS) for Railway employees – clarification regarding.
1. Please refer to Board’s letter of even number dated 23.11.2015 (RBE No. 147/2015) on the above subject. In partial modification to the letter dated 23.11.2015 (RBE No. 147/2015) ibid, it is advised that the second sentence of first para of the said letter may be read as under:-
“This issue has been raised in PNM forum by ARIF as item No.26/2013 and also by NFIR in Board’s meeting and accordingly it has been agreed to circulate DoP&T’s instructions contained in para 2(i) of their OM dated 04.10.2012 as it is”.
2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
