Sub: Appointment on Compassionate Grounds – Time Limit for.

1. Reference Ministry’s letter of even number dated 18.04.1985 (RBE No. 112/1985) on the above noted subject.
2. The position has now been reviewed and it has been decided that the currency of these delegation of powers contained therein vide paras 3 and 4 ibid, may be extended up to 31st March, 1988 for the present.
3. A record of such cases should be kept and the number of such request considered for the current year upto 31.12.1987 and the number of appointments made {separately in Group ‘C’ (Class-III) and Group ‘D’ (Class-IV)} categories may be advised to this ministry by 31st January, 1988.
