Sub: Circulation of list of elected office bearers of All India OBC Railway Employees Association of Zonal Railways affiliated with CEC/AIOBCREF – Reg.
Ref: (i) Board’s letter dt. 10.01.2014 & 01.09.2016 (RBE No. 102/2016) and 26.10.2016.
(ii) Hon’ble High Court of Hyderabad order dt. 12.09.2018 in WP No.30817 of 2016 (Titled Sh. K. Venkatesh vs UOI and others).

Attention is invited to Board’s letter No.2014-E(SCT)I/71/4, dated 26.10.2016 wherein ‘Interim Stay’ had been imposed on Board’s letter of even number dated 01.09.2016 in view of High Court of Judicature of Hyderabad orders in WP No.30817 of 2016 (titled Sh. K. Venkatesh vs UOI and others).
Now High Court of Judicature of Hyderabad in WP No.30817 of 2016 (titled Sh. K. Venkatesh vs UOI and others), vide order dated 12.09.2018 Court has passed the orders as follows:-
“Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted earlier i.e. on 14.09.2016 shall stand valid till then. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petition, if any pending shall stand closed.”
In view of the above Board has decided to withdraw Board’s letter dated 26.10.2016 with immediate effect.
