Sub: Grant of Tribal Area Allowance to the railway employees working in the Tribal Areas of Chhattisgarh.

Ref:      Board’s letter No.F(E)I-2000/AL-4/6, dated 17.05.2007 (RBE No. 76/2007).

In continuation of Board’s above quoted letter dated 17.05.2007 (RBE No. 76/2007), President is pleased to state that in places where more than one Special Compensatory Allowance is admissible, the railway employees posted in such stations will have the option to choose the allowance which benefits them the most.
